Original and exclusive designs by Laura Krämer of Laura K Designs, Inc. Laura Krämer, designer of The Psalm 23 Jewelry Collection © Laura Krämer, born and raised in Southern California, has been "beading" since 2000. Beading became simply a hobby to pass the time as Laura was laid up in bed for 4 weeks recovering from bilateral bunionectomy. A friend who came to visit brought Laura some beads and taught her the basics of jewelry making. Laura's original intent was to pass the time and even make some jewelry for herself. Instead she began making jewelry as gifts for friends who came to offer her a meal during her recovery. Before she could even walk again, people were giving her orders to buy her jewelry designs. But God has much larger plans for Laura... In 2003, Pastor Fraser Venter of Cucamonga Christian Fellowship in Rancho Cucamonga, California challenged his congregation to meditate daily on Psalm 23 during a five-week sermon series. Laura said, " I usually need something tangible to help me have a focal point in my daily reflections. I would read the Psalm each morning but felt that there has got to be a better way to reflect on and memorize it while going through my daily routine." During this time, she was at work creating new jewelry designs while Psalm 23 whirled about in her mind the two ideas collided as one thought. She reflects today, " I am not known for scripture memorization, but as I began to read each verse and found a matching color that would correspond, I continued throughout the passage." The words of the Psalm seemed to come alive as she worked and prayed through the scripture passage that day.
A Message of Hope People often share their stories of how God is using this inspirational jewelry to provide hope, healing and blessings in numerous ways far beyond what we had ever anticipated. Their stories include the loss of a loved one, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, military and armed forces personnel, depression, drug addiction and grief. The list continues to grow, both within the United States and around the world. With each jewelry piece we include "Psalm 23- A Message of Hope," CD that includes the message series Pastor Fraser gave, we hope it will inspire you and help you in your own spiritual growth. Laura also shares her personal story on the CD as well. As a further commitment to ministry, Laura K Designs, Inc. donates a portion of the proceeds back to ministries within Cucamonga Christian Fellowship reserved to help sponsor counseling and other Pastoral Care ministries.
Inspirational Speaker Laura told God she’d be willing to share her story with anyone who would listen.
“I prayed for any opportunity in any kind of forum to have the chance to be vulnerable and real in order to inspire others to get on their own journey and believe God would meet them where they’re at. I have walked through the valley and God has brought me up out of that darkness. I will share God’s hope in any way I can,” she said. Though she shares her journey to healing with women's groups, retreats, church groups and bible studies, and conferences nationwide, she never would have dreamed that her cherished hobby would be used by God to answer her prayer. Have you ever heard the saying, "There is a light at the end of the tunnel?" There was a time that I was surounded by the thick darkness of that tunnel, yet, I coud not see a light, not even a flicker. It was a long time before I saw any evidence of a light at all. Have you lived that same experience? Through God's healing love and amazing grace, I not only came to see a flickering light, but was able to step out of that dark tunnel into the bright radiant light of God's healing, my hope being restored. With my healing came a desire -- a passion placed by God to serve Him, by helping others. The next natural step for me was to go back into the tunnel to guide, lead and encourage other people to see hope flickering just outside their struggle or circumstance and experience healing in Jesus Christ. My passion is to share with people everywhere what I discovered through my healing many years ago; there is hope in God because our God is a personal God, a faithful God ... and a good God. I hope to take that journey with you. Laura Krämer President of Laura K Designs, designer - The Psalm 23 Bracelet and Inspirational Speaker

In some ways it would be hard to point to just one great thing I could say about Laura. She is not only incredibly artistic and creative but she has great depth of character. Her love and hunger for God, His word, and His world are astounding. In the time that I have known her she has grown from being the one in need of healing to becoming an agent of Christ’s healing to so many. As a gifted communicator Laura has the ability regardless of when she speaks to a large audience or works one on one with an individual, authenticity and honesty naturally flow powerfully through her. In both her personal life and through the ministry of Psalm 23 I’m excited to see how the Kingdom is daily being impacted. I feel blessed to be in ministry partnership with the Kramer’s as they understand what it means to be blessed to be a blessing!” As her pastor I would highly recommend Laura to speak at your group, retreat, or conference and look forward to hearing how she is used in the venue you select. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you are need of further recommendation.

EVENT COORDINATOR COMMENTS Laura, I wanted to say thank you so very much for speaking to our women's group. The Lord really spoke through you and the women were so impressed. you have such a gift for sharing your story and relating to people in their time of need. I pray that seeds were planted of vulnerability in their broken areas... We'll see the work that only God can do. Kim Caldwell, Women's Ministries Director. Evangelical Free Church, Fullerton, California. Laura was easy to work with in planning our event. She was very sensitive to the theme of our even and the amount of time allotted to her. Her talk was well organized and presented. her use of scripture supported her points and showed the love of God and His guidance and protection in her life. I was very uplifted and moved after hearing her talk three times at our half day seminar. Donna Murphy, Women's Ministry Chair, Good Shepherd Presbyterian Church, Los Alamitos, California. "My wife sent me a link to your web page so I bought her the bracelet with both Cross and Star of David because her father was Catholic and her mother is Jewish. She actually cried, saying how beautiful it is, and she's been showing it in church. She's deciding on a prayer to store in her little box charm." -Joe Poutre, New Jersey
